Investor, tax-contribution, entrepreneur and property-related categories each ask for different evidence. A new trade licence by itself is rarely enough. Company books, FTA records and title documents must tell one story.
Approval, category and visa term are decided by ICP, GDRFA or the competent local authority. ICA Business prepares files; we do not issue visas and we do not guarantee outcomes.
If you also need a Tax Residency Certificate, that is a separate FTA process. A Golden Visa is immigration status, not automatic tax residency.
